At the Anglican Church of the Resurrection, we exist ... to bring people to a knowledge and love of God through Jesus Christ ... to strengthen Christian believers in their daily life and work ... to enable people to see God in all things and to respond to God's love for them!

Based in Bucharest (Romania) and also serving Sofia (Bulgaria), the Church of the Resurrection is part of the Church of England's "Diocese in Europe" and part of the worldwide Anglican Communion of over 70 million people. More About Us

Our attractive church building in the centre of Bucharest was dedicated in 1922. We have provided continuous Anglican worship in Bucharest since then, apart from a brief period during the Second World War. More History of our Church

Our services are held in English, although our congregation is international and multicultural. In Bucharest, Sunday worship starts at 10am and includes our regular children's Sunday School. Monthly worship takes place in Sofia at 9.30am. Our Diary contains full details of all our worship services and events. Contact information and a map of our location are available in our Contact Us section.
